FIELD: treatment of sewage contaminated by organic admixtures; intensification of process; concentration of natural ores. SUBSTANCE: water is saturated with air in saturator at intensive mixing under pressure. Amount of air being introduced shall not exceed its solubility at preset pressure and temperature. Rotor-type pump is used as saturator; this pump is aligned with parameters of transfer pump. Suction pipe of pump-saturator is connected with pressure pipe of transfer pump and pressure pipe of pump-saturator is connected with open flotation chamber via pressure regulator. EFFECT: facilitated process of dissolving air in water due to considerable increase of area of contact of gas phase of air with liquid phase of water. 5 cl, 2 dwg
