FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to treatment facilities used, in particular in carwash stations. Flotation-filtration plant comprises suction pipeline, pump set, ejector connected to bypass pipeline and installed at the inlet of pump set. Ejector connected to saturator has two nozzles. One of them serves for introduction of reagent solution and is connected by tube to metering pump, the other one - for suction of atmospheric air. Check valves are inbuilt in both nozzles. The second stage of saturator comprises manometre and output manifold connected to single pipeline, and via check valve it is connected to distribution header. Distribution header with nozzles is installed in lower part of flotation chamber equipped with scraper mechanism, tray and overflow tube connected to upper part of filter. Filter has layer of adsorbing filtering charge retained by supporting and clamping frames. Plant is equipped with basket, check valve and protective mesh. Protective mesh is installed at the inlet to ejector and serves for prevention of ejector nozzle clogging.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of sewage treatment to extent that allows for their multiple use.
