FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: formation of multilayer concrete-protection coating includes layerwise applying and drying waterproofing and covering compositions onto organosilicon substrate. Invention is distinguished by that between layers of waterproofing and covering compositions, layer of ground composition based on mixture of organosilicon acrylate-containing oligomer and low- molecular rubber is inserted, organosilicon substrate is based on organosilicon acrylate-containing oligomer, and covering composition on mixture of organosilicon acrylate-containing oligomer and chlorosulfurized polyethylene. In particular, constituents are used in following proportions, wt %: ground composition: organosilicon acrylate- containing oligomer 11.4-15.0, low-molecular rubber 20.0-34.3. aluminum powder 4.7-7.4, organic solvent - the balance; covering composition: chlorosulfurized polyethylene 9.4-15.0, mineral filler 4.0- 9.8, organosilicon acrylate-containing oligomer 3.8-9.4, triethanolamine 0.07-0.12, organic solvent - the balance.
