CURABLE FILM COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING HYDROXYL FUNCTIONAL ACRYLIC POLYMERS, BIS-UREA COMPOUNDS AND MULTILAYER COMPOSITE COATINGS Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC C09D133/06 C09D5/00 B05D7/14 B32B15/08

Abstract RU 2734931 C1

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a curable film-forming composition, a multicomponent composite coating for deposition on a substrate and a method of forming a composite coating on a substrate. Curable film-forming composition for deposition on a substrate comprises: (a) an acrylic polyol obtained from a mixture of monomers containing a monomer with a hydroxyl functional group, wherein the monomer with a hydroxyl functional group contains a group with an alkyl chain consisting of at least four carbon atoms; (b) a rheological modifier comprising: (1) a non-aqueous dispersion of an internally cross-linked organic polymer and (2) a reaction product of an amine and an isocyanate; and (c) a curing agent containing functional groups which react with hydroxyl functional groups.

EFFECT: technical result is obtaining curable film-forming compositions, having improved properties of appearance on the entire surface of the substrate without loss of properties of curing of the film, such as resistance to acid etching and resistance to ultraviolet radiation.
