FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the novel derivatives of 1,4-dihydropyridine of the formula (I) 
where R1 and R3 mean free C1-C8-alkyl or that substituted with C1-C6-alkoxyl or hydroxyl or C3-C7-cycloalkyl; R2 means substituted phenyl being a substitute is taken among the group involving halogen atom, cyano-, ethinyl-, trifluoromethoxy-, methyl-, methylthio-, trifluoromethyl-group or C1-C4-alkoxyl. Compounds of the formula (I) are Ca2+-antagonists showing selectivity to Ca2+-channel of L-type in central nervous system and can be used for preparing drugs for treatment of patients with central degenerative diseases.
