FIELD: mechanical engineering; pumps. SUBSTANCE: proposed gear pump can be used in hydraulic systems of tractors, combines, excavators, agricultural and road-building machines for building gauge pressure in closed space. Pump has housing, gears with journals installed in bearing units and fitted in housing bores, and face compensators interacting with gear surface and forming, together with housing bores, suction and discharge chambers. Bearing units are made in form of metal fluoroplastic bushings installed separately on each gear journal. Bearing unit lubrication space formed by groove on inner surface of bushing is parallel to axis of bushing and is arranged at angle of 45o from axis of suction and discharge chambers. Grooves are made on side surfaces of end face compensators pointed to gear surfaces. One groove is made on each compensator. Groove are arranged at angle of 45o from axis perpendicular to axis of suction and discharged chambers. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities of pump. 3 dwg
