FIELD: industry and agriculture. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in hydraulic system of machines. Proposed gear hydraulic pump contains housing with cover, gears with journals and end clearance adjusters. Adjusters are made by pressure casting with crystallization in form of support plates with holes for journals. Grooves with non-closed contour for pressing adjusters to end faces of gears and partially concentric holes for gear journals are made on non-working surfaces of clearance adjusters. Cross section of grooves is made in form of trapezium with bevel of side face equal to angle of wedge in 15o. Combination end face seals arranged in grooves consists of rectangular section cord-like rubber press gasket and trapezoidal section polyamide protective sealing belt engaging from suction side with bevel of side face of groove for tightening clearance adjuster. Cover is made sectional. One part of cover is provided with through cylindrical bores for thin-walled metal-fluoroplastic bushings used as sliding bearings for journals of corrected gears subjected to nitration. Service life of pump is increased owing to use of system of double compensation of end face wear. EFFECT: reduced metal usage and improved adaptability to manufacture. 3 dwg
