FIELD: medicine, particularly, cardiosurgery. SUBSTANCE: method includes intravenous injection to patient of autoleukocytes labeled with 99 mTc hexamethylpropyleneaminooxym; in 20-24 h examination of heart region by method of tomoscintigraphy; without changing patient position, intravenous introduction of 0.6 mCi 20l-TI-chloride or 10 mCl of 99 mTc-technetrile; repeated tomoscintigraphic examination of heart on energy peak of 20l-TI or 99 mTc, respectively. Location of inflammatory focus in heart is determined by comparison of scintigrams. EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnosis.
