FIELD: chemical industry, more particularly manufacture of fertilizers in agriculture for improving fertility of both impoverished and fertile soils. SUBSTANCE: in one embodiment, fertilizer comprises oxidized coal mining waste, rock phosphate meal and mineral nitrogen materials and further comprises potassium and biochemically processed organic mixture. Ratios of components are as follows, wt %: oxidized coal mining waste, 30-35; rock phosphate meal, 5.0-5.5; mineral nitrogen materials, 3.5-4.0; potassium, 1.0-1.5; biochemically processed organic mixture, 60-65. In another embodiment, fertilizer comprises gypsum- containing meliorants, ratios of components being as follows, wt % oxidized coal mining waste, 20-25; rock phosphate meal, 5-6; mineral nitrogen materials, 3-4; potassium 0.5-1.5; gypsum-containing meliorants, 5-10; and biochemically processed organic mixture, 45-50. In any embodiment, biologically processed mixture comprises organic products decomposed together with other fertilizer components. Said product include manure of various agricultural animals and poultry, crushed wood- working waste, feed protein-vitamin additive production waste and biological sediment of primary cotton wool processing.
