FIELD: traffic control. SUBSTANCE: technical objective of proposed system consists in expansion of functional capabilities of traffic control system by presentation of information on situation in road and street network by both traffic participants whose motor vehicles carry receivers and by all other traffic participants. System incorporates central computer, transmitter and receivers of subscribers installed near thoroughfare meant to collect traffic information and connected to transmitter over communication channels, central device controlling traffic lights connected to central computer and to traffic lights located within zone of system action, central device controlling controllable road signs connected to central computer and controllable road signs located within zone of system action. Sets of sensors which incorporate transport detectors measuring parameters of traffic flows and ecological sensors determining air pollution near thoroughfare are used in the capacity of devices intended to collect information in road-street network.
