EFFECT: development of system for regulation of outdoor lighting and determination of delicts and non-standard incidents with simpler and cheaper design due usage of cameras only to register outdoor situations while only one data processing unit is used for determination of lighting, delicts and non-standard incidents; enlarged functionality of the system due to simultaneous determination of both outdoor lighting and delicts and non-standard incidents.
