FIELD: apiculture. SUBSTANCE: hive has roof, casing with bee-entrances, bottom with mid portion collapsible from center, and openable rear wall. Opening with stopper, auxiliary doors for each section, frame cassettes and planks for retaining cassettes. Auxiliary doors are provided with handle and recesses which are closed with blind inserts or grid. Frames have side planks with retainers in their lower parts and foundation retaining pins on their upper planks which are formed of two halves. Frames are fixed by means of retaining members in slots of retaining planks sharpened at both sides so as to define frame spacing. Guiding cassettes have stepped upper surface and slot for receiving divider grid. Hive is further provided with detachable ceiling with openings and bottom protective grid. Such construction allows one spare section to be available, and bee swarming to be prevented. EFFECT: simplified waxing process, improved controlling of bee activities, and simplified construction. 7 dwg
