SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing mixture containing rubbed dried fruit, water, sugar and fried nut core; adding ascorbic acid and lipid-containing extract of biomass of Pythium irregular microorganisms; boiling produced mixture till content of dried substance in it is at least 88%; forming in hot state; cooling in cellophane film to room temperature and providing vacuum packing in hermetically sealed package.
