SUBSTANCE: canned product contains components used in the following ratio, wt%: rabbit meat 41-43; full fat soya flour 5-6; wheat germs 1.5-2; carrot 10-12; pepper 20-23; onion 10-12; thickener 2.2-3; CO CO₂-black pepper extract 0.04-0.05; CO CO₂-wild basil extract 0.03-0.04; CO CO₂-extract of biomass of Pythium ultimum microorganism 0.08-0.1, bouillon 2-5; salt 1.5-2.1. Canned product of such composition is designed for old people. EFFECT: increased shelf life and improved organoleptic properties.
