Components has the following ratio by mass: rabbit meat, 41-43; soya flour, 5-6; wheat germs, 1.5-2; carrot, 10-12; sweet pepper, 20-23; onion, 10-12; thickening agent; 2.2-3; CO2-extract of black pepper, 0.04-0.05; CO2-extract of common basil, 0.03-0.04; CO2-extract of biomass of Mortierella verticillata microorganisms, 0.08-0.1; broth, 2-5; common salt, 1.5-2.1. EFFECT: improved organoleptical properties; increased storage time and broadened assortment of gerodietary products.
