FIELD: food industry, medicine, geriatrics. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to meat- -base composition of preserved product for geriatric nutrition. Preserves have rabbit meat, fullfat soybean meal, wheat seedlings, carrot, sweet bell red pepper, onion, thickening agent, CO2-extracts of black pepper, common basil and biomass of microorganism Pythium coloratum and also broth and sodium chloride. EFFECT: improved organoleptic properties, prolonged time storage of preserves.
