FIELD: cleaning of sewage. SUBSTANCE: aerator uses moving liquid energy for creation of developed gas-liquid contact surface. Aerator has aeration reservoir, inlet pipeline and airlift aeration column. Airlift column is provided additionally with aeration pipe upper end of which is positioned in distributing chamber and lower end, in first third of airlift column height. Device achieves intensive mixing of used-up liquid in aeration reservoir without additional power consumption and increases degree of air oxygen utilization. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
