FIELD: industry. SUBSTANCE: tower-type bioreactor has a cylindrical body, an aerator with aeration pipe, a cylindrical ring-type sedimentation tank with a cone-shaped bottom and supply slots, devices of waste water feeding and purified water removal, a system of pumps and pipelines circulation of silt mixture and injection of a reagent. Lower part of cylindrical body has coaxially located lower and upper conical diaphragms with central holes and a spray-guiding diffuser. A ring-type deflector is mounted on the cylindrical body under sedimentation tank silt slots. Feeding waste water device is placed in lower part of the cylindrical body. Sedimentation tank is made built-in and located along periphery with its cylindrical part forming a throat of the bioreactor with lead-away for removing gas. The tank has holes with slide valves for circulation of silt mixture and a cylindrical coaxial semi-submerged partition, that forms air separating ring-type space. Aerator may be made as spraying or air-lifting and an air-lifting aerator may have a coaxially placed casing, made in the form of pipe.
