FIELD: foundry and metallurgy of non-ferrous metals and alloys, particularly processes for remelting small-size waste materials of alloys of non-ferrous metals, mainly of aluminium and zinc. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of melting bath of melt metal in quantity consisting (20-30)% of crucible cavity; pouring flux in quantity (10-40)% of crucible volume together with lumpy carbon material in quantity consisting (3-15)% of crucible volume and having size equal to 0.005-0.2 of inner diameter of crucible; after completely melting flux and superheating it by 70 -150 C more than its melting temperature performing batch loading of burden. EFFECT: enhanced quality of metal, less loss of yield. 3 cl, 1 tbl
