FIELD: foundry and non-ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: high-melting flux is changed in crucible of melting unit filling it by 0.2 to 0.25 of its working volume. Flux is molten and overheated by 0.4 to 0.6 above its melting point. Wastes placed in special baskets are positioned above crucible filled with melt for heating them. Then, preheated charge is loaded in flux melt at simultaneous application of vibration. As melt is accumulated, it is poured. EFFECT: improved quality of metal; increased output; reduced expenses. 1 tbl
