FIELD: electrochemical technology. SUBSTANCE: plant can be used in the capacity of source of heat for welding, cutting and soldering under commercial and domestic conditions. It has number of cells-electrolyzers made of two thin-wall tubes-electrodes arranged coaxially whose intertube space is sealed. Cells communicate by means of gas conduit and electrolyte to replenishment vessel. Central electrodes of electrolyzers are divided into two groups, anode and cathode groups. Central electrodes of each group are properly connected to power supply source and their external electrodes are tied up together and are grounded. Replenishment vessel has vertical partition that divides it into two communicating spaces and divides free space above electrolyte into two volumes sealed one relative to another, each being provided with branch pipe to tap gases. Cells of anode and cathode groups communicate over separate gas conduit with corresponding free space of replenishment vessel. EFFECT: generation of oxygen separately from hydrogen which diminishes explosion risk, decreases consumed power and increases productivity of plant. 1 dwg
