FIELD: disposal of toxic and radioactive wastes. SUBSTANCE: wastes holding container is mounted on board self-contained drilling apparatus provided with independent power equipment and computerized programming unit for controlling its operation. Disposal of wastes is conducted due to penetration into working of desired diameter through depth below water-holding horizon wherefrom water upflow is impossible due to hydrogeological conditions. As container-carrying apparatus is being deepened, it penetrates into mentioned working by its own means due to computer-specified scheme of soil digging and excavation. Water-holding horizon that apparatus has passed is also filled up and sealed by the latter which makes proposed method quite independent and extremely reliable.
