FIELD: technology of making holes and workings of various applications in geological structures; applicable in making of holes from day surface, under conditions of shelf, from sea bottom, for driving mines, tunnels and making holes for geophysical purposes, and for various building projects. SUBSTANCE: method includes action on bottom by alternating working agents in form of working jets, carrying away of rock broken particles from bottom zone by gas jets which form ascending flow of drillings. In so doing, bottom is, first acted upon by low temperature gas jets in laminar conditions up to heating and starting of moisture evaporation from rock structure. Then, bottom is acted upon by high- temperature gas jets; and final crushing and carrying away of broken rock are effected by low-temperature and high-velocity jets of working agent under pulse burst conditions.
