FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has first arc contact and first permanent contact, which are mounted stationary in housing. In addition device has second arc contact and second permanent contact, which are mounted in housing for movement along specific direction and are designed for interaction to first arc contact and first permanent contact. In addition device has actuating system for ON resistance switch. Second arc and second permanent contacts belong to mobile jet member. The actuating system for ON resistance switch has semi-mobile unit, which is located for longitudinal movement by means of jet, when switch is switched ON. Semi-mobile unit carries third arc contact, which is designed for interaction to fourth arc stationary contact, which is connected to first permanent stationary contact. Movement of semi-mobile unit drives third and fourth arc contacts closer and leads to their short circuit, while first and second arc contacts are connected, and first and second permanent contacts are split from one another.
