SUBSTANCE: method involves cleaning surface of products, such as grain, fruit and vegetable, from mechanical contaminants and applying protective substances, such as aqueous solutions of salts of arachidonic acid and/or jasmonic acid and/or eicosapentanic acid with alkali metals and/or ammonium. EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced power consumption.
