FIELD: technology of preparing freshly harvested grain for storage. SUBSTANCE: method comprises treating grain with archidonic and/or eucosapentaenic acid derivatives. Arachidonic acid/or ducosapentaenic derivatives are salts thereof with alkali metals or ammonium. Before grain is treated, compounds are dissolved in water. Agents used for preparation of grain for storage make operations safer. EFFECT: more efficient preparation method.
