FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has at last two working stations, each provided with charging device having feeder aligned with detachable annular doser of feeding slide. Feeding slide is mounted in guides of tray which is equipped with window. Caking chamber fixed on casing under tray window is defined by two axially movable upper and lower dies equipped with heaters. Upper dies of slide and lower dies are rigidly connected one with the other. Width of through slot in tray at charging position exceeds diameter of doser. Through slot is closed with transverse slide gate positioned above receiver for displacement in plane of tray. Apparatus of such construction allows different kinds of products, such as puffed up and caked briquettes of grain or groats, to be produced without additional treatment. Ready product may be made in the form of galettes, wafers, crackers and pastry. EFFECT: wider operational capabilities, enhanced reliability in operation and provision for obtaining briquettes of identical quality. 4 dwg
