FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, to production of products from grain raw materials by explosion and extrusion. Disclosed is a method of producing articles from whole grains, which includes obtaining sheets of a grain product by feeding a dose of grain into a sintering chamber, heating and squeezing grains with matrices, swelling of grains when diluting matrices or obtaining sheets of a grain product by extrusion when feeding a dose of grain into the extruder chamber through a feeder, adding water, followed by grinding and mixing under the effect of temperature and pressure for conversion into a homogeneous paste and rolling it between rollers, after which a protective film is applied on both sides by pressing it with rollers for double-sided hot or cold lamination or by wet lamination with further pressing by hot press, cooling and cutting of formed sheets into "sandwich"-type workpieces, which are then subjected to thermal bonding by heat sealing or thermal soldering, forming the edging by the roller to impart rigidity to the final product in the form of a biodegradable or edible tray, or a tray, or a thermal box, or a folding tray, a box, or utensils in the form of a plate, bowl, glass, salad bowl, wherein the protective film used is a food biodegradable and/or edible film, such as a collagen, albuminous film or a film based on starch, or gelatine, or pectin.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of flat products from whole grains with uniform distribution of mass, increased porosity of “sandwich” type and water resistance, with increase of shelf life and quality of finished products.
