FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying motor active loading or hypokinesia treatment to experimental animal. The animal is killed and the heart is taken. Internal parameters of ventricle chambers are measured. Inflow and outflow cone volumes are calculated. Weight characteristics of free and common ventricle partitions and each cardiac ventricle mass are determined. Correlation links between weight and volume parameters of the right and left ventricle, between their functional cone volumes describing systemic and pulmonary circuit hemodynamic state are determined. Stable and unstable adaptation processes are stated in the heart. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of diagnosis.
