FIELD: medicine, in particular, cardiac surgery and cardiology. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in detection of native activity of heart by the heart branch and successive application of electric pulses on the myocardium of the auricles, ventricles of the heart with the aid of an electrocardiostimulator and electrodes. The novelty is in the fact that the moment of application of an electric stimulus on the left auricle synchronized with the right auricle activity is determined by means of an electronic switch by the epicutaneous way, then, after a time interval corresponding to the interval of interatrial stimulation, the electric pulse is transmitted to the electronic input of the single-chamber flip-flop electrocardiostimulator, which serves as a start signal to generation of an electric pulse and application of it on the myocardium of the left auricle by the transesophageal way by the electronic circuit of the flip-flop electrocardiostimulator. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of cardiostimulation. 1 dwg, 3 tbl
