SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to abdominal surgery. The colon is crossed. The proximal cult is formed with an adequate blood supply. A mobilized proximal portion of the intestine is moved through the channel in the anterior abdominal wall together with the mesh and suspension. The sulfur and muscle layers are circularly dissected, and the mucous layer is coagulated without opening the lumen. The colostomy is opened on the second day of demarcation.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the number of post-operative complications, such as the numbing of a post-operative wound in the colostomy zone, wall necrosis with the possible development of peritonitis, and to prevent the development of scar constriction at the point where the colostomy has been removed, reducing the duration of hospital treatment and improving the quality of life in the post-operative period.
