FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves transecting jejunum and suturing its both ends. Transverse interintestinal side-to-side anastomosis is built between the proximal portion of the jejunum and the distal portion of the ileum. The sutured end of the jejunum is fixed with sutures to the isolated portion of the ileum behind the anastomosis in longitudinal direction. The isolated portion wall is deformed with sutures to partially close its lumen. EFFECT: eliminated reflux into the isolated portion of the ileum. 3 dwg
