FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: scissors adapted for separating tissue of human's organism have pivotally-connected scissors levers with knives on their one ends and annular arms on their other ends. Pivotal joint may be made inseparable or separable, and is adapted for joining Z-shaped knives levers so that knives perform pendulum motion one toward the other. Ends of cutting surface of at least one knife move along arcs of circles concentric relative to pivotal joint. Concentric circles spacing is at least equal to width of through gap between cutting surfaces of knives opened to maximum working range. When annular arms are joined one with the other they define closed circle relative to pivotal joint. Such construction of scissors provides sliding cutting motion for separating human's tissues with minimum pressing force applied to tissues and, consequently, without deformation of tissues. Cutting members of such structure may be used for construction of working tools employed in household and production.
