FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves producing temporary plastic prosthesis in articulator unit with facial arch to be used. Patient uses the prosthesis during 2-3 months. Individual occlusion relations are formed, stable occlusion and adequate loading conditions upon the artificial supports are achieved due to plastic wear taking place in the oral cavity. The temporary prosthesis is transferred to the permanent structure by means of transparent template. The transparent template is filled with light- hardening material and superposed over carcass prepared in advance. The material polymerization is carried out through the template. The template is removed and the prosthesis is treated in usual way. EFFECT: improved functional conditions. 5 cl, 6 dwg
