FIELD: medicine; stomatology.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in prosthetics by temporary bridge-like prostheses with glass supports. The temporary fixed bridge-like tooth prosthesis made of plastic or composite material contains a group of artificial teeth compensating defect of a dentition and, at least, one crown on a basic element of prosthesis. The prosthesis is supplied with, at least, one monolithic crown with the simulator of the glass support replacing absent basic teeth in case of trailer defect. The simulator of a glass support is made to adhere more densely to a mucosa of an alveolar flexure than a glass support.

EFFECT: temporary restoration of patient's chewing function; formation of a prosthetic bed during wearing of a prosthesis in the form of a mucous shaft; reduction of necessary hygienic actions as well as of probability of development of a pathogenic microflora in the oral cavity.
