FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to orthopedic dentistry. Two-stage dental implants are installed. In spaces between two-stage implants, in area of formation of gingival papillae, temporary implants are installed. Monolithic temporary prosthesis is made from composite material, containing a group of artificial teeth, which compensate dentition defect, taking into account location of location of support heads of temporary implants inside contact surfaces of temporary prosthesis. In place of adjoining mucosa of prosthesis bed to temporary dental bridge formed are dome-shaped roundings in form of gingival papilla, with 1 mm clearance between gum and prosthesis.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to form, in period of osteointegration of dental implants, red esthetic line with expressed gingival papillae and due to location of temporary support implants inside contact surfaces of temporary dental bridge, producing gum massage, which stimulates its growth, and dome-shaped roundings, providing spaces for said growth.
