FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making surgical operation using high power laser, applying postoperative disintoxication and antibacterial therapy and local therapy of the wound. Blood is subjected to intravenous laser radiation therapy during the first two days after the operation and then, antioxidation therapy is carried out for 5-7 days by intramuscularly administering 100-200 mg of Mexidol per day. The local therapy is performed using dialdehyde cellulose napkins carrying immobilized trypsin and insulin. EFFECT: reduced number of amputation outcomes.
