FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves covering the wound with dialdehyde cellulose napkin containing copper and impregnated with photosensitizing agent. After being retained under the napkin during 24 h, the wound is exposed to light radiation having 670 nm wavelength. Autodermoplasty operation with free split cutaneous flap being applied, the operated and donor wounds are covered with dialdehydecellulose napkin containing vegetable preparation produced from pumpkin. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated treatment course.
