FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has rarefaction control unit, functional transducer, adder, pulse-width transducer, power amplifier, current pickup, active filter. Signal comes from rarefaction setter to proportional integral rarefaction control unit included into non-linear feedback through functional transducer. The signal from the control unit output is sent to the adder, with correction signal entering the other input as positive non-linear current feedback, implemented through current pickup and active filter. The signal from adder output is transformed with the pulse-width transducer amplified with power amplifier and supplied to electromotor driving vacuum pump. Negative feedback on rarefaction operates through rarefaction transducer. EFFECT: reduced rarefaction pulsation amplitude. 7 dwg
