FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: inhaler for inhaling powdered substance has casing defining vessel for powdered medicinal preparation, discharge device through which user inhales powdered medicinal preparation, and doser with at least one measuring slot. Doser is movable between position in which measuring slot is communicated with vessel for receiving dose of powder and position in which measuring slot is communicated with discharge device allowing user to inhale this dose. Measuring slot is made in doser side, which is in contact with casing side adjacent to vessel lower end. Inhaler may be equipped with at least one movable weight which strikes against working surface upon shaking of inhaler.
