SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. Offered in a powder drug inhaler comprising an actuator for controlling manually a drug dose delivery and repeated measurement, as well as a delivery mechanism for advancing an indicator metre every time a patient activates the actuator for drug dosing and introduction. The indicator metre accommodates an indicator determined by a detector coupled with a blocking mechanism. The blocking mechanism blocks the actuator and/or any inhaler dose transfer mechanism delayed by a preset number of dosing cycles from the moment of pointer detection. Also, the inhaler is provided with a cartridge.

EFFECT: higher safety and reliability of introducing the powder drug by dry powder inhalers.
