FIELD: oil production industry branch, namely inner-side chamfering of tubes of pumps or compressors, particularly at underground repairing of tubes in field conditions. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes milling cutter with drive shaft having on its rear portion central handle and rotary lever with ratchet mechanism. Apparatus is provided with chip deflector mounted in front portion of drive shaft. Milling cutter has hollow body with grooves arranged along its circumference designed for changeable cutting triangular tips fixed by means of pressure ring and nut. Drive shaft is placed inside hollow body and it is jointly secured to it by its leading portion. EFFECT: possibility of inner-side chamfering of tubes at any working conditions. 3 dwg
