GEAR TO CLEAN INTERNAL SURFACES OF PIPES Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: gas and oil production. SUBSTANCE: proposed gear can be used to clean walls of wells and internal surfaces of pipes. Gear includes two identical devices as minimum positioned in tandem and interconnected with the help of adapter with central hole in which rods with set of scrapers are mounted in sequence for interaction. Cross-section area of scraper in front device is greater than same cross-section area of following device. Each device has hollow case with peripheral ducts. Rod with open longitudinal grooves is installed in case. Gear also carries elastic bar-shaped scrapers, pushers, shock-absorber and compensator of wear of scrapers. EFFECT: high-productivity cleaning of pipe with one passage of gear with implementation of requirements to cleaned surface. 2 dwg
