FIELD: oil and gas producing industry. SUBSTANCE: device includes hollow body with peripheral channels, rod with channels installed concentrically in hollow body for axial motion. Rod-shaped flexible scrapers are located in peripheral channels of hollow body and rod channels. Device is provided with pushers, shock absorbers installed in hollow body, and compensator of scraper wear made for engagement with rod. Channels are open, longitudinal, and located for interrelation with periphery channels of hollow body, and having bent sections conjugated with the periphery channels. Flexible rod-shaped scrapers with their rear ends are rigidly connected with rod and are installed with bending on the section of transition from rod to hollow body. The bending follows the bending of convergence section. Pushers are installed for engagement with flexible rod-shaped scrapers and with shock absorbers at the outlet of periphery channels of hollow body are located to form line corresponding to the shape of periphery channel of hollow body in cross-section. EFFECT: highly efficiency removal of hard layers with minor outreach of scraper working end, and continuous compensation of their wear, and increased sensitivity to relief of cleaned surface. 3 dwg
