FIELD: metalworking.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the metalworking of materials and can be used for removing internal and external chamfers on pipes of small diameter from 60 to 168 mm. The device contains a handle and a drive shaft, on which a left cone, a right cone, a split centralizer, an adjusting washer and a tool holder are mounted. The tool holder is made with eight pairs of opposite holes with M8 thread for fastening two cutters by means of bolted connections and with two staggered rectangular grooves 16 mm wide, in which inserts are installed to prevent clamping of the cutters. The split centralizer on its outer surface contains sixteen split grooves 4 mm wide located in a checkerboard pattern at an angle of 22°30' to its axes. The inner surface of the split centralizer is conical and corresponds to the outer conical surfaces of said cones. The handle is made with a hexagon, which ensures the connection of the device to an electric wrench.

EFFECT: removal of internal and external chamfers is provided.
