FIELD: applicable for processing of polymeric materials. SUBSTANCE: the device has a body with a loading bin having holes for feeding the material and disagglomerate. The device has a calibrating grate with a built-in rotor with cutting members installed in its periphery and engageable with a fixed knife fastened on the upper part of the body located aside of the loading bin in the direction of rotor rotation. The hole for feeding the material is made in the bin wall located opposite the fixed knife. The hole for feeding the disagglomerate is made above the hole for feeding the material. The bin is shifted relative to the vertical plane passing through the axis of rotation of the rotor, in the direction opposite the direction of rotation of the rotor. The cross-section area of the bin is divided by this plane into parts bound up by relation , where Sn-part of the bin cross-section area located aside of the vertical plane passing through the axis of rotation of the rotor, in the direction opposite the rotation of the rotor, Sx- the same, in the direction of rotation of the rotor.
