SUBSTANCE: flexible submersible pulp feed line includes several sections of pulp-carrying pipes and is fitted with leak-tight envelope coaxially positioned on pulp-carrying pipe on condition that centers of gravity of envelope and pipe match and following inequality is satisfied Mj+Mm+Mp+Men/Vj+Vm+Vp+Ven ≤ ρw, where Mj, Mm, Mp, Men, Vj, Vm, Vp, Ven are correspondingly mass and volume of joint, hydraulic mixture, pipe and envelope; ρw is density of water. Envelope can be manufactured in the form of rigidly linked sealed semi- cylinders embracing pipe over entire perimeter from synthetic material having specific weight 0.5-0.6 t/cu m or in the form of metal pipe filled with gas and closed on both ends.
