FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves studying pH-metric data of the stomach all over the whole organ surface, the nature of gastric glands response to mechanical irritation caused by probe, the duodenogastric reflux level and duodenokinesometric data. Hyperreactivity of the gastroenteric tract is diagnosed if stomach acid production is of normal type when normergic response to mechanical irritation and pathologic level of the duodenogastric reflux is observed, or if no pathologic level of the duodenogastric reflux is detected but hyperkinesia is available, and if stomach acid production is of hyperacid type with adequate response to mechanical irritation or pathologic level of the duodenogastric reflux with hyperkinesia is available or hyperergic response to mechanical irritation with pathologic level of the duodenogastric reflux takes place or its absence is observed when hyperkinesia is available. EFFECT: simplified method; improved reproducibility properties; low time consumption. 2 tbl
