FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: for stomach and duodenum functional disorders diagnosis in children, associated with exposure to chromium, nickel, manganese and organochlorine compounds: chloroform and tetrachloromethane, blood samples are taken and the content of chromium, nickel, manganese and presence of chloroform and tetrachloromethane are determined. Violations of the functional state of vegetative regulation, biliary tract, liver, stomach and duodenum are detected. Levels of pepsinogen-1, pepsinogen-II, dopamine, serotonin, cortisol and thyrotropic hormone TTH are determined in the serum. When the pepsinogen-II level is increased by 20%, cortisol level - by 10-15%, TTH level - by 10% and pepsinogen-I level is decreased by 15%, dopamine - by 20%, serotonin - by 15%, presence of stomach and duodenum functional disorders, associated with exposure to chromium, nickel, manganese, chloroform and tetrachloromethane of technogenic origin is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method allows to diagnose stomach and duodenum functional disorders in children, associated with exposure to chromium, nickel, manganese, chloroform and carbon tetrachloride of technogenic origin.
