Control circuit with mixing device and internal generators is adapted for setting of operating mode of power source and thyristor commutator and for effectuating control signal synthesis by using frequency parameters of power mains and/or frequency parameters of its internal generators. Apparatus of such construction may be employed for direct urging of fish for motion by exposing it to electric field and may be embedded in fish protective systems.
